With experience as a former Las Vegas criminal prosecutor, Craig Mueller understands the criminal system from the perspectives of both prosecution and defense. Because of his experience, Craig is able to anticipate where your case is headed and can help you make the right choices for you and your family.

Thomas D. Boley

Partner

Attorney Thomas Boley grew up in the State of Iowa, in a small farm town. He attended the University of Northern Iowa, earning a degree in economics. He then attended Drake Law School in Des Moines, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2008 with a dual certificate in Constitutional Law/Civil Rights and Litigation/Dispute Resolution.

Tom moved to Las Vegas immediately after law school to work at a large insurance defense firm. He has drawn upon this experience for his entire career in his representation of tort victims. In 2011, he started the law firm of Boley & AlDabbagh, representing tort victims and practicing in the area of criminal defense.

Tom merged with Craig Mueller’s firm in March of 2025, after 17 years of practice. Tom’s philosophy is to add value, no matter what the case. A good attorney must deliver something to the client and not just get them through the system.
